      – Two-month work placement at the translation agency RAPTRAD in France
      – Nine-month work placement in the terminology department, DIN-TERMKONZEPT of DIN (German Institute for Standardisation) in Berlin

  • Initial experience as a freelance translator directly after completing my studies

  • Project manager with translation and proofreading duties at Wrox Press Ltd, a publisher of books for computer programmers in Birmingham, England from May to November 2001

  • Translator at the translation company SAM Engineering GmbH in Muehltal, Germany from January 2002 to August 2004
  • Freelance translator since September 2004
